Youth With A Mission

Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is a missionary movement of Christians from all over the planet, from different backgrounds and churches (Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Evangelical, etc) who choose to work together to express in word and deed the life changing impact of faith in Christ. Started in 1960 by Loren Cunningham and many other enthusiastic young men and women (now older, but still young in heart!)

We strive to share our faith in relevant and creative ways, to care for the poor and needy, to work for peace in communities and to train other Christians to do likewise.

YWAM.org is the key website for our international movement. Please see www.ywam.org for more. Our key statements of value and belief can be viewed on this site also: YWAM Statement of Faith. There is a further description of YWAM on Wikipedia.
