• Although in English 'appraisal' is a synonym of 'evaluate' in a multilingual setting "Evaluate" is a better choice of word (or staff may feel they are an item of furniture to be valued!)

GLT is requesting yearly 360 evaluations of leadership. See below for useful tools to help you implement evaluations.

A 360 evaluation is on in which information is sought from the one being evaluated, from their peers, from their line leadership and from their reports. See the Wikipedia article for more information on seeking 360 degree feedback.
