Where do we go from here?

Upon seeing this page in my RSS reader, I became quite exited about this concept. However, the page dosen't give much information about what it is for. Am I supposed to click on each category I fit under and put my name in some sort of list? If someone could give some clarification on this, that would be great. -- crashsystems
